Customer/Vendor Relations

The Customer/Vendor Relations (CVR) department serves as the central point of contact for vendor issues and requests. Vendors may contact the Customer/Vendor Relations department using the contact information below, or register for a self service tool called FIRST VENDOR. This tool provides free, secure, easy online access including inquiry functionality and payment research capability.

FIRST VENDOR provides each registered vendor 24/7 access to the status of all processed invoices for the past eighteen months, in addition to vendor payment information. Vendor information is password protected and the vendor id which is the logon id is unique to each company.

To register for this service, simply e-mail OPCCustomerSupport@hmshost.com with the following information:

• In the message field, please type “FIRST VENDOR”
• In the body of the message, please provide:
  • Company name
  • Contact name & title
  • E-mail address
  • Telephone number
