Toronto: Modern Mosaic, HMSHost’s path-breaking food & beverage program at Lester B. Pearson International Airport, celebrates Toronto’s rich variety of neighborhoods, cultures, and architectural styles.

HMSHost has developed more than 20 original concepts; each designed to reflect the city’s unique energy and creativity.

Highlights include:

• Red Rockets Gourmet Deli—named for the streetcar line that connects all of Toronto’s neighborhoods, this bold concept leads airport travelers on a culinary journey through one of North America’s greatest cities. Red Rockets’ décor features chrome and red elements to convey the art deco feel of the classic Red Rocket streetcars.

• 211 Bel Aire—Inspired by Yorkville, Toronto’s upscale dining/shopping district, this concept re-creates the neighborhood’s sophistication with its contemporary design and creative menu. Travelers enjoy their meals surrounded by images of Yorkville’s beauty and charm.

• Casey’s Toronto Onstage—Celebrating Toronto’s vibrant diversity of Music, Arts, and Theatre, this restaurant features a variety of artifacts, posters and memorabilia that showcase Toronto’s many cultural influences. Casey’s menu of regional favorites and signature drinks pleases travelers from all over the world.
