Our Culinary Team

In airport dining, it’s important to understand people and their dining preferences. In addition to variety, travelers are looking for freshness and flavors that not only taste better, but offer healthier choices. Our menus are developed by experts in the culinary industry, from graduates of The Culinary Institute of America to the past president of the International Corporate Chefs Association.

While it is important to keep the forever classics like burgers, we’ve introduced new and diverse menu items, like a CousCous Salad with golden raisins, currants, walnuts, pumpkin seeds, honey, cinnamon and canola oil, or a Thai Spring Roll with Bibb lettuce, cucumber, fresh mango and cilantro and Ponzu Sweet Thai Chili sauce.
