Seattle favorite serves up great meals to Sea-Tac
passengers
Seattle Restaurant Associates, a joint venture of HMSHost Corporation and
Seattle-based Uwajimaya, Inc., together with celebrity Seattle chef, author
and restaurateur, Kathy Casey, have brought Dish D’Lish, Casey’s
popular fast-casual dining concept, to the new Central Terminal at Seattle-Tacoma
International Airport.
Dish D’Lish features a savory array of Ms. Casey’s market-fresh
foods—everything passengers crave for breakfast, lunch, dinner,
or a quick snack. Working in tandem with HMSHost, Ms. Casey successfully
transported the spirit, creativity, and flavor of the Dish D'Lish brand
to the airport location.
The Dish D’Lish menu features dynamic, tempting selections that
are ready to trave—what she likes to call Food T' Go Go™.
Casey creates exciting choices by injecting bold flavors and interesting
ingredients. Breakfast favorites include hot pressed breakfast sandwiches
and golden-baked Savory Strata's made with rustic bread, eggs, cheese
and savory “Goodies”. Later in the day, travelers can enjoy
a variety of house-made salads, made with Dish D’Lish signature
greens mix, in-house roasted chicken and all homemade dressings. Sandwiches
are all made on Essential Baking Co. organic breads and feature healthy
choices like Turkey in the Garden and Ultra Tuna Salad with albacore tuna,
capers and pickles.
