No, it does not cost anything to download the Host2Coast Mobile App. 

2. How do I make a comment about the service I received?

3. Where is my credit card information stored?

4. How do I redeem promotional offers?

You may redeem available promotional offers at participating HMSHost restaurant locations. Please search the Host2Coast Mobile App for a listing of HMSHost restaurant locations throughout airports in the United States. 

5. Why does the Host2Coast Mobile App need to track my precise location?

Tracking your precise location on the Host2Coast Mobile App allows you to find the closest restaurants to your location, be able to browse their menus and even notify you of the latest promotional offers. 

6.  Is mobile ordering available in all airports and restaurants listed on the Host2Coast Mobile App? 

Some features may not be available in all airports or for all restaurants. Please enable push notifications on the Host2Coast Mobile App for updates. 

7.  Is the Host2Coast Mobile App only available in airports in the United States?

The Host2Coast Mobile App is not supported outside of the United States. 

8.  How do I remove the Host2Coast Mobile App from my phone?

Please contact your service provider for steps to take to remove the Host2Coast Mobile App from your phone.

9.  Who is the operator of the restaurants on the Host2Coast Mobile App? How do I contact them?

HMSHost is the Licensor of the Host2Coast Mobile App. HMSHost operates several of the restaurants listed on the Host2Coast Mobile App and also operates several of these restaurants in partnership with ACDBE firms under joint venture agreements.

Account/Profile 

1.  How do I reset my password for the Host2Coast Mobile App?

Please select My Account, go to Log In screen and tap the Reset Password button. The email associated with your account will receive a link to change your password. Follow the instructions to reset your password. 

2.  How can I update my profile information for the Host2Coast Mobile App?

Please Log into your account, proceed to My Account, and tap on the Edit Profile button.

3.  What do you do with the personal information that I provide on the Host2Coast Mobile App?

Orders

1.  Who do I call if my credit card is charged improperly while placing an order under the Host2Coast Mobile App?

2.  Why am I able to see a restaurant on the Host2Coast Mobile App, but not able to place a food order?

Some features may not be available in all airports or for all restaurants. Please enable push notifications on the Host2Coast Mobile App for updates. 

3.  Can I cancel or change my order at any time on the Host2Coast Mobile App?

You may either cancel or change your order 15 minutes prior to your pick-up time. Please be aware of the relevant time zones, as applicable, during your travel and order/pick-up times.

4.  My credit card was charged but I canceled my order on the Host2Coast Mobile App. Who do I contact?

5.  My flight was canceled and I’m unable to pick up my order, how do I cancel the order on my Host2Coast Mobile App so that I am not charged?

You may either cancel or change your order 15 minutes prior to your pick-up time. Please be aware of the relevant time zones, as applicable, during your travel and order/pick-up times. For other questions, please contact our Host2Coast Mobile App Customer Service team at 1-(877)-672-7467.

6.  What do I need to show to pick up my order?

At the designated pick up location (as shown on the Host2Coast Mobile App) of your restaurant, please provide the HMSHost Associate with your email receipt showing your check order number.
