Popular libations range from Guy\u2019s Famous BBQ Bloody Mary to his Caliente Margarita.<\/p>\n<p>SanTan Spirit House at PHX is housed in a 1,300 ft<sup>2 <\/sup>speakeasy-style space that seats 52, and offers travelers innovative, modern cocktails crafted by award-winning mixologist Natasha Hill, showcasing products available only at the Sky Harbor bar and SanTan\u2019s Chandler, Arizona, restaurant: Spirit House Kitchen &amp; Cocktails. The restaurant has a full bar serving SanTan\u2019s signature spirits, tasting flights, draft beer, and creative cocktails, like \u201cJake from State Farm\u201d and \u201cCaraMellow Macchiato.\u201d The restaurant also offers an all-day menu featuring shareables, sandwiches, and flatbread pizzas, and a breakfast menu, with items like chicken and waffles<\/p>\n<p>SanTan Spirit House at Sky Harbor is uniquely Arizona as an outpost of local favorite SanTan Brewing Company \u2014 the state\u2019s largest, independently owned brewery and distillery \u2014 further strengthening the sense of place in Terminal 4. This marks the company\u2019s second concept at Sky Harbor in partnership with HMSHost. The new restaurants will represent several firsts: the DFW debut for Dallas-based Velvet Taco and La La Land Kind Caf\u00e9, as well as the first U.S. airport location for N\u00e9kter Juice Bar.<\/p>\n<p>Beginning later this year, HMSHost will open the locations across more than 3,000 ft<sup>2<\/sup> of concessions space at DFW, which remains the world\u2019s third busiest airport for passenger traffic after serving nearly 90 million passengers in 2024.
