HMSHost partnered with Esquire Grill’s award-winning chef, Kurt Spataro, at Sacramento International Airport to create a menu that accurately reflects the downtown restaurant’s exuberant and enticing interpretation of traditional American fare. Featuring locally sourced, seasonal ingredients produced with a keen eye on sustainability, Esquire Grill has an old-style steakhouse vibe infused with California leading-edge sensibilities.

Travelers can choose from a selection of small plates such as crispy salmon cakes with a spicy avocado sauce, grilled Castroville artichoke with a lemon dipping sauce, and stuffed mushrooms with leeks and goat cheese, and roasted butternut squash soup.

For something a little heartier, Esquire offers entrees including the pan roasted chicken breast and grilled skirt steak in addition to entrée salads like the Dungeness crab Louie and seared ahi tuna salads.
