HMSHost partnered with authentic Mexican concept Javier’s, based off the local street-side concept which first opened in Laguna Beach, to open Javi’s, presenting a rich heritage of elevated Mexican cuisine in a friendly, captivating ambiance in the middle of the airport. The originality and variety of Javi’s menu can be directly attributed to the cooking staff. Originating from different regions of Mexico, they have brought their family favorites to share with us with only the best and freshest ingredients available.
Guests can experience the tastes and flavors of authentic Mexican classic including chili verde with tender natural pork sautéed in a tomatillo sauce, carnitas prepared Michoacan style, and fajitas de carne o pollo with marinated strips of Jidori chicken breast sautéed with pasilla chiles.
Javi’s fish is always fresh and in season, serving only #1 White Mexican Prawns, fresh chemical-free U-10 Scallops, Dungeness Crab 100% leg meat and Maine Lobster, all sustainable seafood. Options include seafood enchiladas covered in tomatillo sauce and served with arroz and quesadilla de mariscos with Monterey jack and fresh Dungeness crab and shrimp.
