Lunch and dinner menu selections showcase classic American fare with local ingredients and favorite recipes such as the signature Cabo Wabo Ceviche, Beach Salad, Ahi Tuna Burger, and Crispy Pescado Mahi Mahi, the island version of fish and chips. Travelers can also sample Sammy's own award-winning portfolio of top-shelf spirits and beers that embody excellence, including Sammy's Beach Bar Rum and Santo Tequila, along with his own beer, Red Rocker Lager.
Legendary Atmosphere
Highlights of Sammy’s legendary rock ‘n’ roll career wail out through the guitars and musical memorabilia, while plasma screens feature everything from music videos to national news. Signed memorabilia from the artist’s personal collection adorn the walls surrounding the bar, while Sammy Hagar, Van Halen, and other rock- and surf-inspired music provides the backdrop.

Sammy’s Beach Bar & Grill is more than just a restaurant — it’s a mission. Guests can not only enjoy a great meal at Sammy’s, but can also feel good knowing that they are making a difference to local children and families in need. Hagar donates a portion of his profits from these restaurants to food banks and children’s charities through his Hagar Family Foundation.
