The Local specializes in “fresh from the market” seasonal preparations reflected in the locally-inspired menus of each region in which it operates. On the breakfast menu, guests will find a selection of breakfast sandwiches, omelets, and skillets to grab-and-go baked goods to get a travelers day started.
For lunch and dinner, travelers can choose from a variety of appetizers such as Bavarian Pretzels with cheese fondue and Dirty Chips which are kettle chips topped with brisket trimmings, garlic aioli, and scallions. Entree selections include burgers, pizza, and salads as well as more localized options such a lobster rolls, fish and chips, and a variety of sandwiches including beef brisket, hand-carved hot pastrami, a Reuben, or turkey sliders, depending on the location.
The Local offers a full bar with a beverage gallery of domestic, imported and craft brews, scotches and small batch bourbons, and premium wines from the world’s most celebrated growing regions.
