Whisky River has always been known for its simple, yet craveable dishes. Travelers will find the same experience in the Whisky River airport locations. While menu options differ by location, some examples include: the house made Whisky River chili; Whisky Wings; Beer Can Chicken; the Carolina Q Burger, topped with Carolina slow roasted pork, cheddar, lettuce, tomato, onion, and dill pickles; and one of Dale Jr's favorites - the Buffalo Chop salad.
Just like the original Uptown Charlotte location, entertainment and fun are part of the restaurant's personality. Each airport location offers a live music stage where local musicans entertain travelers on select days. Travelers are greeted by a rustic décor complete with cowhide seating and a wall completely covered in belt buckles. At Whisky River in Raleigh–Durham International Airport, travelers can even get a photo opp with the Whisky River stationary bull location in the restaurant's patio area.
