Under Chef Shibata’s direction, Wicker Park offers an enticing variety of Nigiri and Sashimi, Maki, entrée salads, and more. Special rolls highlight the menu, such as the Wicker Park Tidal Wave of shrimp tempura, cream cheese, mixed crab, unagi sauce, honey wasabi sauce and tempura crumb, or the Special Veggie Roll with green soy paper, cucumber, avocado, and seaweed salad.
For something sweet, travelers can opt for any of Wicker Park’s creative dessert options including the Maui Roll, Banana Roll, and Green Tea Tiramisu—a classic layered tiramisu dusted with green tea and garnished with mint and strawberries.
Guests can indulge in beverages such as warm and cold Sake, Sho chu -- a delicate, lower alcohol spirit made from a variety of grains and best served on the rocks, as well as a generous selection of cocktails, wine and beer.
