BETHESDA, MD —At the 2017 Airport Revenue News (ARN) Conference & Exhibition Awards Gala held in New Orleans, global restaurateur HMSHost was awarded Best Overall Food & Beverage Operator for the tenth consecutive year; Food Operator with the Highest Regard for Customer Service (for the eighth year); and Best New Food & Beverage Concept for Avenue des Canadiens at Montréal–Pierre Elliott Trudeau International Airport.

Travelers had an opportunity to vote on their favorite airport dining experiences too. For the second year, ARN partnered with multi-channel media company USA Today to announce the USA Today 10Best Readers’ Choice Travel Awards, a set of consumer-facing awards voted on by readers. HMSHost locations from across the country were in the running for several of these awards, with Dale Jr.’s Whisky River, operated by HMSHost at Charlotte Douglas International Airport, being awarded Best Airport Bar and Best Airport Sitdown Dining.
