Nashville International Airport—Fat Bottom Brewing Has Arrived—New Opening by HMSHost

Flagship, seasonal locally made brews now available for C Concourse travelers

NASHVILLE, TN — East Nashville’s first brewery, Fat Bottom Brewing, now has a new kiosk location inside Nashville International Airport. Located in the airport’s C Concourse, global restaurateur HMSHost is the company bringing this neighborhood favorite to the airport for travelers to grab a beverage and relax before departure.

“HMSHost is very excited to partner with the Metropolitan Nashville Airport Authority and such a beloved local company like Fat Bottom Brewing to bring a modern piece of Nashville culture into the airport,” said HMSHost Vice President of Business Development Kent Vanden Oever.

The Fat Bottom Brewing kiosk will be an extension of its West Nashville taproom and offer travelers a “taste of Nashville” via Fat Bottom mainstays and seasonal favorites. The flagship beers being offered include Ruby Red Ale, Knockout IPA, Ida Golden Ale, WAC American Pale Ale, and the ACME Rooster Brew, which is crafted exclusively for Nashville’s famous Acme Feed & Seed restaurant.

Fat Bottom Brewing is open seven days a week and all beers will be available on draft and can be consumed at the kiosk, walking through the concourse or at your gate. Travelers who stop by can also take a little bit of Nashville home; 4-packs of 16-ounce cans are available for purchase to enjoy later at your final destination.

“I see this as a great opportunity to showcase another homegrown, Nashville business to the millions of visitors that pass through the airport every year. Everybody at Fat Bottom is excited and grateful that the Airport Authority and HMSHost agreed to partner with the brewery on this new kiosk in Concourse C,” said Fat Bottom Founder Ben Bredesen.

“It is important that our airport is a reflection of the city we serve, which includes the sights, sounds and tastes of Music City, so we are delighted to welcome another popular local brewery to Nashville International Airport,” said Doug Kreulen, Metropolitan Nashville Airport Authority president and CEO. “Congratulations, Fat Bottom Brewery, and welcome to BNA.”

HMSHost operates several restaurants at Nashville International Airport, providing original and regional dining experiences to travelers such as the Berry Field Bistro, Tennessee Tavern, Gibson Café, and more. A list of existing HMSHost-operated locations at Nashville International Airport is available on the HMSHost location finder map.
