HMSHost Partners with Guy Fieri and SanTan Spirits to Bring New Dining Experiences to Phoenix Sky Harbor International Airport
A toast to the tastes that make Phoenix a unique culinary destination, the arrival of Guy Fieri’s Flavortown Kitchen+Bar and SanTan Spirit House elevates the food & beverage offerings at Sky Harbor
BETHESDA, Maryland (Oct. 8, 2025) – Global restaurateur HMSHost, part of Avolta AG (SIX: AVOL) and a world leader in creating dining for travel venues, celebrated the debut of two locally inspired dining venues at Phoenix Sky Harbor International Airport (PHX): Guy Fieri’s Flavortown Kitchen+Bar and SanTan Spirit House.
The new restaurants, both located in Sky Harbor’s new Eighth Concourse in Terminal 4, are part of a 10-year contract awarded last year that grows HMSHost’s footprint at PHX to nearly 25 restaurants and bars.
Guy Fieri’s Flavortown Kitchen+Bar seats over 100 guests across nearly 3,300 ft2 and offers an extensive menu from the celebrity chef and host of “Diners, Drive-Ins, and Dives.” Travelers can sample fan favorites from Fieri, like “Big Bite Burgers,” “Trash Can Nachos,” “Mötley Qüe” pulled pork sandwiches, signature pizzas, and more, along with breakfast items and convenient Grab & Go options.
The restaurant also features handcrafted cocktails, wine, local craft beers, and Santo Tequila, a collaboration between Fieri and Rock & Roll legend Sammy Hagar. Popular libations range from Guy’s Famous BBQ Bloody Mary to his Caliente Margarita.
SanTan Spirit House at PHX is housed in a 1,300 ft2 speakeasy-style space that seats 52, and offers travelers innovative, modern cocktails crafted by award-winning mixologist Natasha Hill, showcasing products available only at the Sky Harbor bar and SanTan’s Chandler, Arizona, restaurant: Spirit House Kitchen & Cocktails. The restaurant has a full bar serving SanTan’s signature spirits, tasting flights, draft beer, and creative cocktails, like “Jake from State Farm” and “CaraMellow Macchiato.” The restaurant also offers an all-day menu featuring shareables, sandwiches, and flatbread pizzas, and a breakfast menu, with items like chicken and waffles
SanTan Spirit House at Sky Harbor is uniquely Arizona as an outpost of local favorite SanTan Brewing Company — the state’s largest, independently owned brewery and distillery — further strengthening the sense of place in Terminal 4. This marks the company’s second concept at Sky Harbor in partnership with HMSHost. SanTan Brewing Co. opened in 2019 in Terminal 3 and recently was voted one of the “2025 Best of the Valley Food & Drink: Sky Harbor Eats” in PHOENIX magazine.
Digital engagement will be an essential part of these new dining venues, with in-store technology such as QR code order and pay, self-order kiosks, and computer vision self-checkout, allowing for greater convenience and speed. Travelers will also be able to enjoy all the benefits of the Club Avolta loyalty program, gaining access to exclusive offers, rewards, and cross-promotions.
