For photography and film requests

Individuals or organizations wishing to film and/or photograph at any HMSHost facility must complete the request form below and receive prior approval by HMSHost. Once completed, please submit to Shayna.Iglesias@HMSHost.com. Requests must be submitted at least 15 days prior to the desired filming date.
